The hotel could have been better considering the cleanliness issues in the rooms and the fact that the amenities like the pool were not available. The noise level due to poor soundproofing was a significant drawback. However, the staff, even if somewhat reluctant, did try to make the stay pleasant by offering complimentary breakfast coupons.
The hotel room had a few issues like non-working outlets and out-of-order machines in the workout room. The pool was closed, although they provided complimentary breakfast coupons. The room decor felt dark and prison-like, but it was adequate for a short stay, apart from the presence of a creepy individual.
My stay at the hotel had some ups and downs. The location was excellent, perfect for exploring different attractions in Baltimore, but the dining experience left much to be desired. The service was professional and courteous, and the rooms were not up to par with broken furniture and cleanliness issues.
